Access to Virtual Classes - these classes are our CrossFit program classes that run at specific times Monday to Friday and include a Community Class we offer on Sundays
Access to Open Gym Training Blocks - these blocks of time are for you to come in to the facility and follow the Baseline General Strength and Conditioning Program (see next point)
Baseline General Strength & Conditioning Program - a 3x per week strength program to complete either in house during Open Gym Training Blocks and/or at home; the program will include a Squat/Hinge, Clean/Snatch and Pull-up/Push component
Baseline Nutrition & Lifestyle Protocols - our Fundamentals Nutrition & Lifestyle protocol will be provided that outlines basic aspects to implement into your current regiment
